Job summary

The Martin-Brower Co. offers a 12-week Distribution Operations Internship across our U.S. distribution centers. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment with mentorship from leaders and a focus on process improvement.

You’ll rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory and HR while leading a small project and presenting results to executive leadership at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center: warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and human resources.
• Function as lead on specific projects.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Complete business-specific projects timely and present results to leadership.
