Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Internship across U.S. distribution centers, starting in the summer. You will shadow leaders, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model, and drive a process-improvement project. Mentorship from leadership and final presentation to US executives are included.

The role rotates through all DC functions, emphasizes business acumen, and includes development activities and project work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Reyes Holdings will not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all distribution center functions (warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, HR).
• Function as lead on specific projects and participate in internship program trainings and events.
• Gain business acumen by understanding all business areas and timely complete assigned projects and tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and present outcomes to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
