Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern program across U.S. distribution centers. You will rotate through departments, shadow distribution leaders, and manage a process improvement project, culminating in a final presentation to US executive leadership.

You will gain hands-on training, mentorship from leadership, and exposure to the full lifecycle of the distribution model while developing business acumen through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and pursuing higher degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and HR.
• Function as lead person on specific projects.
• Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
