Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern program across multiple US distribution centers this summer. You will gain hands-on training, project management experience, and mentorship from senior leaders.

During the internship, you will rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory and HR, and you will lead a process-improvement project with a final presentation to the US executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s with 0–2 years related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Interest in distribution operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all distribution center functions: warehouse, transportation, customer service, inventory, HR.
• Function as lead on specific projects and deliverables.
• Participate in internship training activities and developmental events.
• Develop business acumen by understanding cross-functional areas.
• Complete business-specific projects and present results to leadership.
