Job summary

The Reyes Holdings distribution network seeks a Distribution Operations Intern to join a fast-paced multimillion-dollar center for a 12-week summer program in multiple US locations, including Enfield, CT. You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship from senior leaders, and hands-on exposure to core distribution processes.

You’ll rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, inventory, and support functions, lead a small process-improvement project, and present results to executive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and human resources
• Function as lead person on specific projects
• Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
• Other projects or duties as assigned
