Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a summer Distribution Operations Intern opportunity across US distribution centers. The 12-week program combines on-the-job training, project management, and mentorship from the leadership team, with exposure to the full lifecycle of the distribution model.

Interns shadow distribution leaders, participate in process improvement initiatives, and will manage a process improvement project for a facility, culminating in a final presentation to the US executive leadership

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center (warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, HR).
• Lead on specific projects and participate in internship program training and events.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
• Complete business-specific projects and tasks on time.
• Provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leaders.
• Present a final project and findings to US executive leadership at completion.

Education

High School Diploma / GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
