Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Distribution Operations Intern to join our fast-paced team for a 12-week summer program in one of our US distribution centers. You’ll gain hands-on training, project management experience, and mentorship from leaders as you rotate through core DC functions.

You will lead a process-improvement project, collaborate with business partners, and present results to the US executive team at program end.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor visas.
• Strong interest in operations, distribution, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through distribution center functions including warehouse ops, transportation, restaurant services, customer service, inventory, and HR.
• Function as lead on specific projects.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Develop business acumen by understanding all areas of the business.
• Timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
