American International Group (AIG) is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to partner with Distribution and Field leadership, translating priorities into clear marketing strategies that engage brokers and clients and support growth. This hands-on role focuses on campaigns, client offerings, and events across North America to elevate market presence.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B financial marketing and distribution insurance preferred.
Strong strategic mindset; align marketing with broker/client engagement and growth.
Experience with account-based marketing and senior stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary marketing partner to Distribution and Field leadership.
Lead marketing initiatives for retail, wholesale, and client engagement priorities.
Develop and market industry-focused client offerings aligned to growth.
Create campaigns, content, and communications aligned to priorities.
Support client/broker events with messaging, materials, and follow-up.
Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned campaigns and outputs.
