American International Group (AIG) is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to partner with Distribution and Field leadership in North America. The role translates business priorities into integrated marketing strategies to strengthen broker and client engagement, support go-to-market priorities, and elevate program consistency and impact.

You will drive industry-focused marketing, ABM efforts, and an events strategy aligned to growth areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field.
10+ years in B2B financial marketing, sales enablement, and distribution.
Experience with account-based marketing.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable marketing plans.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing partner to Distribution and Field leadership.
Lead marketing initiatives for retail, wholesale broker, and client engagement priorities.
Develop and activate industry-focused client offerings aligned to growth priorities.
Develop and execute campaigns, content, and communications tied to business priorities.
Support client and broker events with messaging, materials, and follow-up.
Improve clarity and consistency of distribution communications.
