Responsibilities

• Directly managing relationships with a select set of retail brokers.
• Drive profitable growth, retention, and mix expansion across the market.
• Own broker performance scorecard and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Travel regularly to broker offices (roughly 20–30%).
