Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers and daily operations at the terminal. You will create driver schedules, assign loads, monitor routes, and partner with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.

The role requires 2–5 years in distribution or transportation, a Class A CDL, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements, and strong leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of distribution, logistics, and/or transportation experience with leadership.
Class A CDL in state required; tanker endorsement within 30 days; doubles/triples endorsement as required.
Current medical card and other licenses as required.

Responsibilities

Provide daily work direction to professional drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations and meet customer requirements.
Create employee schedules, approve time, and monitor overtime.
Manage routing and load assignments using routing software to improve efficiency and customer service.
Coordinate with fleet maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
Prepare and distribute operational reports and KPI data.
