Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with clean record.
• Pre-employment drug test and random drug/alcohol program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers using performance data and routes.
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate with Planners.
• Maintain load information and real-time systems (TMW/PeopleNet).
• Ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues with teams.
• Monitor driver hours, DOT status, and safety compliance.
