Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of drivers or similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules and resources efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate driver activity and schedules using company tools.
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate with Planners to set up routes.
• Assist drivers with issues and ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Maintain load information and real-time updates in transportation systems.
• Monitor load accuracy, on-time delivery, and communicate issues to planners or customer service.
• Track capacity, hours of service, and assets to optimize operations.
• Oversee driver performance, licensing, DOT status, and safety compliance.
