Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a people-focused, hands-on professional to join our team as a District Sales Leader. You will oversee the daily operations of delivery drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and drive routing efficiency to support safe and effective distribution of our products.

• Associate's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Minimum of four years of supervisory experience in distribution/logistics.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English; bilingual helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; leadership in training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor Route Sales Representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Distribution Manager in training, operational efficiency, data analysis, equipment utilization, and route optimization.
• Assist in scheduling and performance evaluation of Route Sales Representatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ensure proper use of PPE in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the supply chain leadership team.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to meet safety, service, cost, and personnel goals.
