Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Supervisor to lead day-to-day distribution and transportation operations at our Romeoville, IL facility. You will oversee receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and delivery activities while driving safety, accuracy, and KPI achievement.

The role requires 2+ years in related operations, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a production, logistics, transportation, or B2B distribution facility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Distribution, Transportation, or Operations experience preferred.
• Black Belt certifications in 5S or Dale Carnegie courses preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; knowledge of warehouse/transportation operations; decision-making abilities; ability to manage and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, order filling, loading of inventory, and/or transportation activities.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy to meet goals.
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Assist with staffing and coverage planning based on volume and needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching; address issues and recognize performance.
• Communicate effectively to promote collaboration.
