Job summary

Datalogic is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production, warehousing, and logistics, driving efficiency and on-time delivery. The role requires on-site presence and a track record of leading fast-paced teams while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, staffing, scheduling, and resolving floor issues, with emphasis on Lean practices, data analysis, and continuous improvement to meet cost objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Manufacturing, Service Repair, and/or Distribution Logistics environments.
• Fast-paced operations/warehouse/fulfillment experience is required.
• Strong data analysis and process-improvement skills (Lean, Kaizen, 6S).
• Solid leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
• Lead development and implementation of production and organization activities to meet goals and delivery expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, manage work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations on the floor.
• Ensure safety and maintain compliant, clean working environments.
• Respond to quality audits and action items; sustain quality processes.
• Create and revise systems and procedures; manage budgetary and personnel requirements.
• Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data and identifying solutions.
• Provide production performance data and KPIs to inform decisions.
