Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1 year operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline staff to enhance teamwork.
