Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of management/supervisory experience in a large, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related operations discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality and productivity.
• Hands-on with staff development, facility layout, inventory management and P&L for a large operation; RF experience a plus.
• Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to learn software quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees one or more large-volume operations, including safety, customer relations, and P&L.
• Creates and reports business metrics (KPI’s) and monthly performance to customers.
• Supports business development in RFQ responses and solution design.
• Implements cost-effective operational solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guides staff development and cross-functional teamwork to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
