Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a diverse frontline team and drive safe, efficient distribution operations across multiple shifts in the United States. The role emphasizes coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency with staffing, KPI tracking, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support, fostering inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to ensure alignment.
