Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment and with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, and order control.
• Process RMAs and coordinate order modifications or reschedules.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups with clients and carriers.
• Coordinate pre-installations and parts processing to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle area market/Paragon coordination for shipping, receiving and inventory control.
