Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and delivery scheduling.

You will release orders, monitor backorders, process RMAs, and coordinate with Sales, Service, and OM to resolve inquiries while ensuring inventory accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a computerized environment as well as working with a database management system

Responsibilities

• Releases orders for all assigned organizations on a scheduled basis and as needed working with OM
• Monitors open order reports to ensure all shippable orders are processed
• Assists Sales, Service, OM and other groups with any inquiries or issues related to orders, returns, receiving, etc.
• Processes all RMAs received on a daily basis and coordinates modifications to orders as needed
• Coordinates with Sales, Service, OM and other groups for machines that can't be delivered or any other related inquiries or issues
• Handles all shipping, receiving and returns processing on a daily basis
• Performs/coordinates pre-installation of new equipment to meet order dates
• Schedules deliveries and pickups and coordinates with admin to schedule daily deliveries and pickups
