Entergy is seeking a Supt, Line in Mississippi to supervise multiple Utility Foremen, coordinate daily workload and resources, and drive storm readiness while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations.

The role requires 7+ years in utilities with leadership experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong budgeting and planning skills for emergency events and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 7+ years of utility experience with 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform quarterly performance reviews with direct reports including foremen and provide on-the-job coaching to field employees.
• Review and approve timesheets; manage equipment, materials, and fleet readiness; monitor budget and drive storm readiness.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple Utility Foremen and ensure storeroom operations and inventory accuracy; coordinate out-of-town storm response teams.
• Validate network performance data, outages, restorations, safety incidents, and near-miss reports; prepare materials and dashboards for leadership meetings.
• Lead field inspections, safety audits, and morning safety briefings; direct restoration workers during minor to major storm events; oversee emergency response operations.
