Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and embed safety rules before work.
• Validate work packages against standards and perform site assessments.
• Prepare switching packages and outage steps with DOC.
• Verify permits, equipment, logistics, and material readiness.
• Coach planners and field crews, review post-job results.
