Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5+ years in manufacturing management/supervision.
• Proven supervisory skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with project management and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct work activities to meet production targets and safety goals.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems; supervise and guide a team.
• Conduct safety audits and performance evaluations; manage hiring/discipline actions.
