Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor for our printing plant team. You will lead the Distribution and Receiving departments, directing day-to-day work to meet production, quality, and safety goals within the Core Print Solutions group.

The role offers a hybrid-friendly environment with a first shift schedule (6:00 AM–3:00 PM) and a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading distribution and receiving teams.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct work activity to meet departmental production targets.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Identify waste in processes and apply lean principles to minimize or eliminate it.
• Follow leader standard work and daily Gemba Walks and meetings.
