Job summary

Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor for the Core Print Solutions team. You will lead the Distribution and Receiving departments on day shift, directing work to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage staff, and implement new technologies while maintaining strong safety practices and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5+ years in manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead teams.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct work activity to meet departmental production targets.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and apply lean principles.
• Identify waste and implement process improvements.
