Unified Life Insurance Company in the United States seeks a Vice President of Distribution to drive revenue through strategic sales marketing and strong IMO partnerships. The role emphasizes recruiting new annuity producers, expanding existing relationships and delivering education and support to independent agents and IMOs.

As a senior leader, you will set growth plans, forecast performance, and guide sales teams across markets while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 7-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge and track record of success within independent distribution channel.
• Demonstrated strong relationships within the IMOs channel.

• Achieves sales goals, premium volumes and revenue targets with IMOs and agents.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for increasing revenues and volumes.
• Establishes sales objectives, growth plans, and performance metrics.
• Explains product features and benefits including state variances.

• Educates agents on product availability, e-apps, and suitability.
• Partners with marketing, products, operations, compliance, and tech.

• Monitors sales performance, trends and distributor feedback.
• Ensures distribution practices align with policies and regulations.
• Forecasts, reports, pipelines and performance reviews.
• Represents the company at conferences and distributor events.
• Leads, coaches and develops internal sales teams.
• Provides senior leadership with updates on risks and opportunities.
• Implements programs to attract and retain quality teammates.
• Develops talent and succession within the organization.
