Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Distribution Divisional Controller to provide financial leadership and strategic support for the division and HQ. You will ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, strengthen internal controls, and partner with division leadership to drive performance.

The role leads monthly close, planning, and long-range forecasting, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning finance with operations, cost management, and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with controllership and reporting.
• 5+ years leading multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls.
• Experience in manufacturing/aerospace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead division controllership and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the division and HQ.
• Review consolidated results and key metrics.
• Provide guidance to site Controllers on accounting and controls.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to BU President and senior leadership.
