Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Field Coordinator - Distribution in Little Rock, AR to ensure safe, efficient execution of distribution construction, maintenance, restoration and switching activities. You will plan, validate switching orders, and embed Life Critical Rules into pre-job documentation.

You will coordinate across Field Crews, Dispatch and Supply Chain to ensure readiness, resolve constraints, and support safe system operations during routine and storm events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in distribution or transmission linework.
• Ability to pass technical capability test.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety planning and embed rules into pre-job documentation.
• Validate work packages and perform QA/QC to prevent rework.
• Prepare switching packages and outage steps; coordinate with DOC.
• Ensure execution readiness across teams (Construction, Dispatch, Supply Chain).
• Coach planners and field personnel to improve planning quality.
