Responsibilities

Safety Leadership & High‑Risk Planning - Anticipates hazards and embeds safety rules in pre‑job docs; ensures controls are in place before mobilization.
Standards Compliance, Quality Control & Work Package Validation - Aligns jobs with standards; performs pre‑construction reviews and material verification.
System Operations Support, Switching Readiness & Outage Planning - Prepares switching packages, isolation points, and outage steps; coordinates with DOC for safe sequencing.
Execution Readiness & Work Enablement - Checks access, environmental needs, permits, logistics, equipment, and materials; resolves constraints across teams.
Technical Coaching, Troubleshooting & Field Support - Clarifies expectations, prepares actionable work plans, and assists post‑job reviews.
