7+ years of distribution or transmission line experience with demonstrated competency and a clear understanding of advanced Linework skills.
Ability to pass the technical capability test, demonstrating the required skills.
To be eligible to test, an individual must also meet one of the following: five years of discipline-specific field experience or prior Operations Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

Safety Leadership & High-Risk Planning - anticipates hazards and embeds safety rules into pre-job documentation.
Standards Compliance, Quality Control & Work Package Validation - ensures work aligns with standards and uses QA/QC to eliminate discrepancies.
System Operations Support, Switching Readiness & Outage Planning - prepares switching packages and coordinates with DOC for safe sequencing.
Execution Readiness & Work Enablement - validates access, environmental needs, permits, logistics, and material availability.
Technical Coaching, Troubleshooting & Field Support - coaches planners and field personnel and resolves planning challenges.
