Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 7+ years' distribution or transmission line experience.
• Ability to pass a technical capability test or 5 years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and high-risk planning, embedding rules and safe practices into pre-job docs.
• Standards compliance and QA/QC to validate work packages before field execution.
• Prepare switching plans, outage steps, and DOC coordination for safe sequencing.
• Validate permits, logistics, equipment, and materials for execution readiness.
• Provide technical coaching and post-job reviews to improve planning quality.
