Job summary

Entergy Arkansas, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator - Distribution to lead safety-driven planning and execution for distribution work in Little Rock. You will validate packages, coordinate with Dispatch and Supply Chain, and drive outage planning and switching readiness to ensure reliable restoration.

The role requires 7+ years in distribution or transmission line work, strong QA/QC skills, and the ability to coach field teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Senior-level contributor with advanced safety leadership in planning and execution.
• Deep knowledge of distribution standards, system configuration, materials and construction methods.
• Experience preparing and reviewing outage plans and switching strategies.
• Strong cross-functional coordination to enable safe, efficient field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused planning and embed Life Critical Rules and safe-work practices into pre-job packages.
• Validate work packages against standards; perform QA/QC to prevent field issues.
• Prepare and validate switching packages, outage steps, and sequence plans with DOC involvement.
• Ensure full execution readiness by verifying permits, logistics, and equipment.
• Coach planners and crews to improve planning quality and reduce field issues.
