Qualifications

• 7+ years of distribution or transmission line experience.
• Ability to pass the technical capability test.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates hazards and embeds safety controls into pre‑job documentation.
• Ensures work packages meet standards and performs QA/QC to prevent rework.
• Prepares switching packages and outage steps; coordinates with DOC for safe sequencing.
• Verifies readiness of permits, materials, logistics, and equipment before crews mobilize.
• Coaches crews and resolves planning challenges to maintain safety and quality.
