Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution or transmission line work.
• Ability to pass the technical capability test or 5 years discipline-specific field experience with SVP approval.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership & High‑Risk Planning - identify hazards and embed safety controls into pre‑job documentation.
• Standards Compliance, Quality Control & Work Package Validation - align with standards and verify materials.
• System Operations Support, Switching Readiness & Outage Planning - prepare switching packages and coordinate with DOC.
• Execution Readiness & Work Enablement - ensure access, permits, logistics, and equipment are ready.
• Technical Coaching, Troubleshooting & Field Support - coach planners and intervene early when gaps exist.
