Qualifications

Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
Minimum experience: 7+ years in distribution or transmission line work with competency in advanced Linework skills.
Alternative: ability to pass technical capability test and meet one of: 5+ years field experience or prior Operations Coordinator experience with SVP approval.

Responsibilities

Anticipates hazards and embeds safety rules and clearances into pre-job documentation.
Ensures distribution work aligns with standards and validates work packages via QA/QC processes.
Prepares switching packages, isolation points, and outage steps, coordinating with DOC for safe sequencing.
Verifies job readiness including access, permits, permits, logistics, equipment, and materials.
Coaches planners and field crews, resolves planning challenges, and participates in post-job reviews.
