Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
7+ years of distribution or transmission line experience with advanced Linework skills.
Ability to pass the technical capability test.
To be eligible to test: five years of discipline-specific field experience or SVP approval.

Responsibilities

Safety Leadership & High‑Risk Planning - embed rules and safe practices into pre‑job documentation.
Standards Compliance & QA/QC - perform pre‑construction reviews and material verification.
System Operations Support, Switching Readiness & Outage Planning - prepare switching packages and outage steps.
Execution Readiness & Work Enablement - validate access, permits, logistics, and materials.
Technical Coaching, Troubleshooting & Field Support - coach planners and field personnel, review post‑job outcomes.
