Qualus is seeking a Distribution Engineering Manager to hire, develop, and guide a high-performing engineering team while shaping technical strategy and building a culture that delivers lasting impact. This role blends leadership with hands-on oversight of engineering work across multiple client projects.
The manager will supervise engineers, collaborate with the Engineering Director, and ensure design quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating resources across offices in Florida,
Competenze
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited school; Master’s in Engineering Management or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
- Experience in Utility Distribution design projects.
- Complex System Expansion or Government Conversion project experience preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
Mansioni
- Provide engineering supervision and leadership to meet project demands.
- Assist Director of Engineering in achieving department goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level engineering, managers, and executives with clients.
- Coordinate work with multiple engineering offices and cross-train staff.
- Support Business Development to maintain a consistent pipeline and backlog of work.
- Present technical solutions to customers and address real-time concerns.
