Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience are required.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of fundamentals for managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to work in a safe manner and always obey safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop better engineering alternatives and recommendations.
• Ability to identify relevant metrics for business, clients, and projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in team or independently.
• Ability to think creatively for engineering innovation and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams.
• Support business development and grow the business in your region.
• Ensure teams uphold Pickett’s values, brand promises, and code of conduct.

• Provide project oversight, including managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain high quality and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Oversee transmission line design activities and quality assurance and control.
