Job summary

• 4+ years of prior relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 3-8 engineers to develop design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems from 4kV to 35kV.
• Oversee onboarding and performance of direct reports.
• Act as technical lead for engineers and designers, including training junior staff.
• Work with Engineering Manager to maintain scope, schedule and budget.
• Review client requirements and communicate progress, issues, and schedules.
