Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years with Bachelor's or 6+ years with a Master's in electric utility distribution design.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering personnel.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and client construction standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, direction, and support for project teams.
• Function as client point of contact and liaison on project-related issues.
• Collaborate with other design managers on broad client issues including schedule adherence and quality.
• Oversee and manage capital, reliability, and customer project work for clients.
• Facilitate client and team collaboration; manage resource loading.
• Track scope, schedule, and budget for projects in flight; monitor QA/QC.
• Track and report financial metrics; participate in hiring and professional development.
