Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor in Enfield, CT. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, picking and palletizing, and ensure accurate storage and workflow.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates.
• Bi‑lingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse work schedules for shipping, receiving, loading/unloading.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse Ops Manager and other supervisors to meet cutoffs.
• Maintain records such as loss reports and production data; enforce safety rules.
