• 5+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience in a distribution center.
• Ability to read and write detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance Department and oversee equipment repair and maintenance.
• Conduct start‑up meetings to review expectations and safety issues.
• Develop and implement operational policies and administer maintenance budgets.
