TBC Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Carlisle, PA. You will perform inbound receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate RF scanning equipment, monitor inventory, and support daily distribution tasks to meet customer expectations and company goals. This full-time role offers benefits and room for growth within a major automotive aftermarket distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety 1st mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan.
