TBC Corporation is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will operate RF scanners and various material handling equipment to receive, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will contribute to cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization in a collaborative environment. This full-time role supports a distribution network across the United States with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety-first mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Support operations to meet business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory.
• Maintain clean work area and sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy and OSHA.
