Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Aurora, CO to perform warehouse duties, operate MHE safely, and ensure accurate fulfillment of orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will unload, stock, pick, and stage products, use RF scanners, and help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting overall DC profitability. Prior experience with RF tech and material handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasionally more than 50lbs.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product and load trucks.
• Maintain organization of warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory.
