Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a DC supervisor to assist with daily operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals.

You will help lead, train, schedule, and develop team members across distribution centers, monitor workflow, and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards. The role supports budgeting and reporting, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising distribution center operations and leading teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in one or more languages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach DC team members.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
• Support budgeting, payroll tracking, and reporting.
