Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of DC associates, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate merchandise movement. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will ensure compliance with O'Reilly policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations where applicable, while supporting budgeting, payroll, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations to meet productivity goals.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop team members in the DC.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet delivery and productivity targets.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes and accuracy of receiving and stocking.
