Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coordinating daily distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.
• Ability to lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach DC team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and coordinating daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Help lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to meet goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Support inbound and outbound merchandise processes to ensure proper receiving, stocking, processing, and delivery.
