CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse, oversee daily operations, optimize workflow, and drive team performance. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and continuous improvement across the distribution center.

Availability to work Monday–Friday from 3pm–11pm, with peak-season flexibility, is required. Minimum 3 years in warehouse leadership and continuous improvement experience are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure consistent work.
• Oversees daily operations to meet or exceed targets.
• Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section for efficiency.
• Conducts performance appraisals and resolves issues to improve efficiency.
• Analyzes reports and recommends best practices to the operations manager.
• Ensures balanced workload and timely execution of tasks.
• Sets priorities to meet operational success.
• Provides regular feedback and participates in performance reviews to develop the team.
